You do not need to obsess over 20–80% charge windows for everyday use, but avoiding deep flat discharges and removing thick cases during fast charging can help. If capacity has dropped noticeably — sudden shutdowns at 20%, or needing a midday top-up that never used to be necessary — a battery service is usually worthwhile.
